 When you place your order, we want to make sure you receive a quality product every time.

For that reason, if you have any issues with the quality of Trout Tails products received, please take the following steps:

Step 1:  Email us with a description of the issue. (GiftPrintWorks@gmail.com)

Step 2:  Attached any photos of the issue so that we can partner with our production partner to find a solution.

Step 3:  Let us know if you would like a refund or a replacement sent.

Please allow up to 48 hours for processing of replacement requests.  Because we are a made to order business, replacements or refunds will only be processed in instances where there are quality defects in terms of the printing or construction.
